NovaMind AI offers a range of digital products and services, including but not limited to AI courses, digital books, prompt collections, AI skill packs, business templates, and personal consultations. All digital products are delivered electronically upon successful payment.
3. Payments
All payments for our Services are processed securely through UniCredit Bulbank's virtual POS (vPOS) terminal. We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, V PAY, and Visa Electron. All transactions are protected with 3D Secure authentication for enhanced security. Prices are displayed in EUR. NovaMind AI is not VAT-registered.
4. Delivery of Digital Products
Upon successful completion of your payment, you will receive immediate access to your purchased digital products. Download links will be provided on the order confirmation page and sent to your registered email address. For services like personal consultations, scheduling instructions will be provided.
5. Intellectual Property
All content provided on NovaMind AI, including courses, books, prompts, templates, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Elis Vi Trading 2024 EOOD or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise specified.
6. Limitation of Liability
NovaMind AI and Elis Vi Trading 2024 EOOD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

Refund Policy

1. Introduction
This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services purchased from NovaMind AI, operated by **Elis Vi Trading 2024 EOOD** (EIK: 202897141, registered office: 36 Solunska Str., floor 3, apartment 6, 1080 Sofia, Triaditsa District, Bulgaria).
2. Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal
Our products are digital goods (e.g., courses, e-books, prompt packs) that are delivered instantly upon successful payment. In accordance with Article 50, paragraph 3, item 13 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите) and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal (right to cancel) does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and his acknowledgment that he thereby loses his right of withdrawal.
By completing a purchase on our website, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal.
3. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
While the general rule for digital products is no refunds due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of digital delivery, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may consider refund requests in the following specific cases:
